At The Gadgets Mink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Return' option next to your order to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gadget in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Device

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
